Welcome to Relais Villa Belvedere

To ensure you receive the best possible service, check-in takes place at Hotel Il Burchio, located just 1.5 km (about a 3-minute drive) from the Relais. Once you have checked in, we will provide you with full directions to your apartment.

Check-in:
From 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Check-out:
by 11:00 a.m.

Please let us know your approximate time of arrival.
Early check-in is available free of charge on request and subject to availability.
Late check-out is available on request at an additional charge of 50% of the rate for one night.
For arrivals after 9:30 pm, you can check in independently, provided you give us 24 hours' notice.

Booking policies

Individual bookings:
Non-refundable bookings may be rescheduled within the same calendar year as the original booking.

For group bookings (3 or more rooms):
We have a special policy to ensure the property is managed as efficiently as possible. At the time of confirmation, we ask for a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the cost of the stay. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 45 days before the date of arrival. Once the balance has been paid, the booking becomes fully non-refundable and cannot be changed.
